One connected system

One system that connects it all.

Your CRM, QuickBooks, CompanyCam and the rest work as one. A job gets typed once, and nobody types it again.

The cost of retyping

What does typing the same job twice cost you?

Every tool that doesn't talk to the others needs a person to carry the job across by hand. That costs hours, it lets typos in, and invoices wait until somebody gets to them.

One customer, one roof. It goes into the CRM when the lead comes in, the estimate when you quote, QuickBooks when you invoice, the photo app when the crew shows up, and the job spreadsheet somebody keeps for scheduling. Five copies, typed by hand, by different people, on different days. Here is what that tends to look like.

Search for the job by address and two of the five come back. Highlighted parts are where the copies drift apart.

When your tools don't connect, somebody in that group becomes the link between them. When the person who does the copying is out for a week, the copying stops, and nobody notices until the invoices are late. More on where the retyping hides: why you still type the same job twice.

A sync you have to babysit is still data entry.

Before and after

Which hand-offs disappear?

The ones where a person reads one screen and types into another. Lead to CRM, CRM to estimate, estimate to QuickBooks, costs back to the job, photos to the right job, hours to payroll.

Before

Every line is a person copying something across.

After

One job record moves through the tools you already use.

  1. Lead comes inWeb form, call or ad. The job is created in your CRM on its own.
  2. Takeoffs land on the estimateMeasurements from Hover or EagleView fill the job, not a PDF someone retypes.
  3. Signed estimate becomes the invoiceCustomer, job and line items reach QuickBooks with the same names.
  4. Costs come back to the jobBills and materials match the job they belong to, so job costing adds up.

Crew hours go from the timesheet to payroll without a second copy.

Live today

Already running at a roofing company.

Volpe Enterprises. We connected the tools they already ran into one system. Job information now moves between their programs on its own, and staff no longer copy data from one system into another.

Family-run since 1970 in North Wales, PA. Roofing, siding, windows, kitchens and baths.

Volpe Enterprises

They didn't switch software to get there. Their team kept the programs it knew, and the copying between them stopped.

We also build for Brava Roof Tile, where a quoting tool pulls takeoffs from Hover and EagleView and turns them into a priced quote. See instant roof quoting.

How we do it

Four steps from five tools to one system.

We find every place a person copies data between your tools, connect the tools, automate those hand-offs, and build whatever piece is missing.

  1. 01

    Audit what you run

We list every tool you pay for and every hand-off between them: who copies what, from which screen, into which one, and how often. That list is the plan.

  2. 02

    Connect the tools

Where a vendor's own integration already moves a record properly, we use it. Where it doesn't, we build against the vendor's published API. Hover and EagleView, for example, both document APIs that return measurement data as JSON.

  3. 03

    Automate the hand-offs

For each one we settle which way the record moves, which fields go with it, what starts it, and which side wins when both changed. Failures get logged and someone gets told, so nothing goes missing quietly.

  4. 04

    Build what's missing

If no tool you own does the job, a purpose-built piece fills the gap, built around how your company works. See purpose-built software.

A first working version in weeks, not months. Most clients keep working with us afterwards, by choice, adding to the system as it pays off. You own the code, the hosting and the accounts.

Two-way sync, read closely

What does "two-way sync" really mean?

It should mean a change in either system shows up in the other. Vendors use the phrase for different things, and the details are in their support documentation, not the sales page.

Off-the-shelf integrations are built for every customer at once. Each vendor documents what its connection carries. Whatever falls outside that list is what someone in your office still types.

ToolWhat the vendor's own documentation saysWhat a person still does
JobNimbus and QuickBooks Online Three modes: two-way, one-way import, one-way export. Vendors don't sync. Draft estimates, invoices and credit memos don't sync. Every location syncs into one QuickBooks Online file. Keeps vendors up to date in both systems, and splits branch numbers apart by hand.
AccuLynx and QuickBooks Desktop Runs through Intuit's Web Connector, which polls on a schedule. AccuLynx recommends no more often than every 10 minutes. Waits for the next poll, and checks that it ran.
Roofr and QuickBooks Online Its help centre says the integration is currently a one-way sync from Roofr to QuickBooks, with exports started by hand. Starts each export, and carries any QuickBooks change back by hand.
Hover and accounting No native QuickBooks, Sage or Xero integration on Hover's integrations page. Moves measurement numbers through the CRM, or retypes them.

From each vendor's published help and integration pages, read July 2026. Vendor pages change; check before you rely on a row. Full detail: which roofing software two-way syncs with QuickBooks.

Where Zapier stops

Zapier is good at "when this happens, do that." It fires on one event and handles one record. AccuLynx's Zapier app, as of September 2026, can create contacts, leads and jobs and update exposed custom fields. It can't update an estimate, change a line item or attach a document. Anything that has to compare two lists, like every job with an estimate but no material order, is outside what a single Zap does. Details in what the AccuLynx Zapier app can reach.

Five questions to ask about any sync

  1. Which way does each record type move?
  2. Which fields go with it?
  3. What starts it: a change, a schedule or a button?
  4. When both sides change, which one wins?
  5. What happens if the partnership between the two vendors ends?

How to get those answers in writing: testing a QuickBooks sync claim.

Searching for all-in-one software?

Do you need an all-in-one platform?

You need one system. It doesn't have to be one product. We connect the tools your team already knows into one system, so there's no migration and no retraining.

Moving to a single new platform means moving your data and teaching everyone a new screen. Connecting what you run gets you one system without either. Where a tool is missing, we build that piece, and you own it.

  • Your team keeps its tools. The CRM, QuickBooks and the photo app stay where they are.
  • Each job is typed once. It moves to the next tool on its own.
  • You own it. Code, hosting and accounts are yours. It keeps running without us.
  • No per-seat fees. After handover you pay for hosting and usage. Hiring doesn't raise the bill.

Questions

What owners ask before the call.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. We connect what you already run: AccuLynx, JobNimbus, QuickBooks, CompanyCam, Roofr, Hover, EagleView, Monday or a spreadsheet. Your team keeps the tools it knows, and nothing has to be migrated.

What if one of my tools has no integration?

Then we look at what the vendor publishes. Hover and EagleView, for example, both publish APIs that return measurement data as structured files. Where a vendor publishes nothing we can build against, we tell you on the call, and we build the missing piece if that is the better answer.

What does it cost?

Most first systems start around $3,000, when you already have the tools and the work is connecting them. A full system built from scratch costs more. You get a real number on the call, once we have seen how you work. After it is built, you pay for hosting and usage, never per seat.

How long does it take?

A first working version in weeks, not months. Most clients keep working with us after that, adding to the system as it pays off. That part is your choice.

Who owns it?

You do. The code, the hosting and the accounts are yours. If we stopped tomorrow, it would keep running, and anyone you hire can work on it. No licence, no per-seat fees.
