What does JobNimbus integrate with and what gets retyped?

JobNimbus publishes connections across accounting, suppliers, measurement, estimating and lead capture. Here is the list, the fine print inside the accounting one, and how it compares to the other big roofing platform.

A JobNimbus job record at the centre of five connected panels covering QuickBooks, lead sources, EagleView, CompanyCam and suppliers. Gold lines mark data that transfers, and a small square on each panel marks the manual entry that remains.

JobNimbus integrates with QuickBooks, material suppliers, measurement providers, photo tools, lead sources, calendars and Zapier. What still gets retyped depends on which records and fields each connection carries, and the QuickBooks one has the most documented gaps. JobNimbus publishes integrations across accounting and payments, material suppliers, estimating and sales tools, measurement, photo documentation, calendars, mapping and lead capture. The list is long and most of it is real.

The useful reading is not the list. It is the fine print inside the connections you are going to depend on.

What is on the list?

From JobNimbus's own integrations pages, accessed September 2026.

Accounting and payments. QuickBooks, across Desktop, Online and Server. JobNimbus Payments for card and ACH. Sunlight for consumer financing.

Material suppliers. ABC Supply, SRS Distribution's Roof Hub, and QXO. All three offer live pricing and ordering, with delivery updates.

Estimating and sales. SumoQuote for proposals, Roof Quote PRO for instant quotes on your website, and mySalesman for lead capture and estimate generation.

Measurement. Hover and EagleView, both delivering measurements to the job folder.

Photo documentation. CompanyCam.

Everything else. Google Calendar, Google Maps, Spotio for canvassing, hail mapping, referral tracking, built-in calling and texting, and Zapier.

What does the QuickBooks connection do?

More than most roofing platforms, and with more published detail about its limits, which is to JobNimbus's credit.

It syncs contacts, jobs, products and services, estimates, invoices and payments, and it offers three modes: two-way, one-way import, and one-way export.

The documented limits are the part worth reading twice, because they are the ones that will surprise your bookkeeper:

  • Vendors never sync. If your payables live in QuickBooks, they stay there.
  • Draft estimates, invoices and credit memos never sync. Only finalised documents move.
  • Taxes flow one way, from QuickBooks Online into JobNimbus.
  • Job display name changes do not flow to QuickBooks Online. A QuickBooks Project name change does flow back. That asymmetry catches people who rename jobs as they progress.
  • All locations map to a single QuickBooks file. Multi-location companies should read that sentence carefully before migrating.

We took the whole field-level picture apart in what doesn't sync between JobNimbus and QuickBooks, and the multi-location question specifically in roofing software for multiple locations.

How does this compare to AccuLynx?

The lists overlap heavily and diverge in ways that are commercial rather than technical.

Both connect to QuickBooks, EagleView, Hover, CompanyCam, ABC Supply, SRS, QXO, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Spotio and Zapier. That shared core is the roofing stack as the category currently defines it.

The differences are ownership. SumoQuote is on the JobNimbus list because JobNimbus acquired it in December 2023. It is absent from AccuLynx's list for the same reason. AccuLynx carries GAF QuickMeasure, Geospan, RoofSnap, RoofScope, HubSpot, Hatch, Angi, Roofle, SalesRabbit, CallRail and Sage Intacct, several of which JobNimbus does not list.

Neither list is a map of what is possible. Both are maps of what each vendor decided to build and who they decided to partner with. The full AccuLynx version is in what does AccuLynx integrate with.

There is a naming trap worth knowing. Beacon Building Products became QXO after an acquisition in April 2025 and rebranded immediately. Some platforms still say Beacon PRO+ in places. One supplier, two names, depending on which tool you are looking at.

What does an integration list not tell you?

The thing you actually want to know, which is what your office retypes on a Tuesday.

A marketplace answers "does the vendor maintain a connection to this named product." It cannot answer "does information move through my company without a person carrying it," because that depends on your process, your fields and the tools you run that are not on anyone's list.

What you want to know What the list tells you Where the answer actually is
Does my stack talk to itself Which named products connect Watching one job move through it
Which fields move Nothing The vendor's support docs, if they publish them
What breaks when I add a tool Nothing Found out later
Who fixes it when it breaks Nothing The vendor's schedule
What happens to the odd field only we use Nothing It stays a note
What a change costs me Nothing A feature request

Run one real job through your own tools and count the times a person moves information from one screen to another. That number is your answer, and no integration page will give it to you.

If the count is low, your stack fits your process and you should leave it alone. If it is high, the gaps are not going to be closed by picking a different platform with a longer marketplace, because the next platform has boundaries too. They will just be in different places. That is the argument in why one purpose-built tool can replace five apps.

Frequently asked questions

What does JobNimbus integrate with?

JobNimbus publishes connections across accounting and payments (QuickBooks, JobNimbus Payments, Sunlight financing), material suppliers (ABC Supply, SRS Roof Hub, QXO), estimating and sales (SumoQuote, Roof Quote PRO, mySalesman), measurement (Hover, EagleView), photo documentation (CompanyCam), plus Google Calendar, Google Maps, Spotio, hail mapping and Zapier.

Does JobNimbus sync with QuickBooks?

Yes, with QuickBooks Desktop, Online and Server, covering contacts, jobs, products and services, estimates, invoices and payments. It offers three modes: two-way, one-way import and one-way export. Even the two-way mode is asymmetric in documented ways.

What does not sync between JobNimbus and QuickBooks?

Per JobNimbus's own support documentation, vendors never sync, and draft estimates, invoices and credit memos never sync. Taxes flow one way from QuickBooks Online. Job display name changes do not flow to QuickBooks Online, although QuickBooks Project name changes flow back. All locations map to a single QuickBooks file.

Does JobNimbus own SumoQuote?

Yes. JobNimbus acquired SumoQuote in December 2023, which is why SumoQuote appears on the JobNimbus integration list and is absent from AccuLynx's. Marketplace lists reflect commercial relationships as much as technical ones.

Why is Beacon now listed as QXO?

Beacon Building Products was acquired by QXO in April 2025 and rebranded immediately. Some roofing platforms still refer to Beacon PRO+ in places, so the same supplier can appear under two names across one company's stack.

How do I tell whether an integration will remove work?

Ask whether it ends with a value in a field somebody would otherwise have typed. Measurement into an estimate and supplier pricing into a material order both pass that test. A connection that only places two records next to each other has removed a browser tab, not the typing.
