Why it matters

Same software, same process, same results.

When every roofing company in town runs the same off-the-shelf tool, they all get the same stages, the same quote layout and the same follow-up timing. That software raises the floor for everyone. It can't make you different, because it was built for the average company that buys it.

Illustration

What makes your company better lives somewhere else. It's the waste factors you've proven on your own jobs, the pricing exceptions for the work you specialize in and the way your best estimator reads a roof. Right now that sits in people's heads. Purpose-built software puts it into the system, so it happens on every job, including the ones your best person never touches. Why shared software can't be your edge

What "built around you" means

Four things we build around.

Purpose-built means the software starts from how your company already runs. We don't hand you a template and ask your team to change.

01

Your products

The lines you actually sell and install, set up once. Your team picks from your list on every quote, not from a generic catalog.

02

Your prices

Your margins, minimums, waste factors and exceptions, applied the same way on every quote, whoever builds it.

03

Your steps

The order your company works in. Who inspects, who prices, who can approve a discount, when follow-up goes out and what it says.

04

The tools you keep

If your team likes AccuLynx, JobNimbus, CompanyCam or QuickBooks, they stay. We connect what you have and build what's missing. You don't switch CRMs to work with us.

What we build

One system, built in the order you need it.

We build four kinds of systems for roofing companies. Most clients start with one and add the next once the first pays off. We build them as one system, so the products and prices you set once are the ones every part uses.

Your companyYour products, prices, steps and job records, set once and shared by every part.

Quoting

A street address in, takeoffs pulled, a quote priced with your product lines and sent.

Instant roof quoting

Training

New staff learn your products and your way of selling without you running the sessions.

How the training works

Connected tools

Your CRM, accounting and photo tools pass job information to each other. Nobody retypes it.

One connected system

Who we build for

Two companies, two very different builds.

A manufacturer that needed quoting built around its own product lines, and a family contractor whose tools needed to talk to each other. Both systems are shaped around how that company works.

Brava Roof Tile. Their sales team and their dealers price roofs with a quoting tool built around Brava's own product lines. The team asks an assistant trained on Brava's customer calls how to answer a customer. A training system for their staff is being built now.

Composite roof tile manufacturer: synthetic slate, cedar shake and Spanish tile for homes, since 2008.

Brava Roof Tile

Volpe Enterprises. We connected the tools they already ran. Job information now moves between their programs on its own. Staff no longer copy data from one system into another.

Family-run roofing and home remodeling company in North Wales, Pennsylvania, since 1970.

Ownership

What "you own it" means, line by line.

You own the code, the hosting and the accounts it runs on. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it would keep running, and any developer you hire could work on it. There is no licence and no per-seat fee.

The code
Handed over into your own repository, under your company's account.
The hosting
Runs on a hosting account in your name. You hold the keys.
The accounts
The services it runs on are set up in your company's name, not ours.
Who can work on it
Anyone you choose. You don't need a dev team on staff to own software. What owning it takes

Why it matters as you hire

With seat-priced software, every estimator, office hire and crew lead you add is another line on the bill, every month, for as long as you rent it. With a system you own, a new hire gets a login.

You still pay for hosting and for usage, like measurement reports and AI. Those grow with the number of jobs you run, not the number of people you employ. How seat pricing adds up

Nobody can buy the company that owns your software, either. That company is you. What changes when a vendor is sold

Cost

What it costs, in plain terms.

Most first systems start around $3,000. That's when you already have the tools and the work is connecting them. A full system built from scratch costs more. You get a real number on the call, once we've seen how you work.

Connecting what you have

From ~$3,000

Your tools stay. We remove the manual work between them.

A full system from scratch

More

Quoting, an assistant or training built from the ground up. The real number comes on the call.

After handover

Hosting + usage

Never per seat. No licence to renew.

AI has made building cheaper. For a small to mid-size build, you can own a system outright for roughly what a year of your current subscriptions costs, then keep it instead of renting it forever.

That's the build cost. Hosting and usage carry on after it, and they grow with your job volume. Why building got cheaper

How it goes

From a 20-minute call to a system you own.

  1. Book the call

20 minutes with the people who build it. Nothing to sign.

  2. We look at how you work

How you quote, how you follow up, which tools you run and where your team retypes the same job twice.

  3. We plan the first system

You see what we'd build first and what it would cost. You keep the plan either way.

  4. A first working version

In weeks, not months. Your team uses it on real jobs while we adjust it.

  5. You decide what comes next

Most clients keep working with us after that, adding the next system as each one pays off. That's a choice. It's yours, and it runs without us.

Questions

What owners ask before they commit.

What happens if you go out of business or we stop working together?

It keeps running. The code, the hosting and the accounts are already in your name, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing to switch off. Any developer you hire can pick it up from there.

Who fixes it when something breaks?

Most clients keep working with us after the first version, so in practice we do. That part is your choice. Because you own the code, any developer you pick can fix it too.

What if we outgrow it?

You add to it. Most clients start with one system and add the next once the first one pays off. You own the code, so nobody has to sell you a higher plan before you can change something.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. We build around what you already run: AccuLynx, JobNimbus, CompanyCam, Monday or a spreadsheet. Your team keeps the tools they know.

How long does it take?

A first working version in weeks, not months. Most clients keep working with us after that, adding to the system as it pays off. That part is your choice.

What does it cost?

Most first systems start around $3,000, when you already have the tools and the work is connecting them. A full system built from scratch costs more. You get a real number on the call, once we have seen how you work. After handover you pay for hosting and usage, never per seat.
