AI for roofing companies

AI agents that know your roofing company.

They quote from a street address, answer your team from your own calls, follow up every lead and keep your tools in sync. Built on your prices and products. Owned by you.

20 minutes. Nothing to sign. You keep the plan either way.

The short answer

What can AI do for a roofing company?

AI agents can do five jobs in a roofing company today. They quote a roof from a street address, answer your team's questions from your own recorded calls, follow up and qualify new leads, train new staff your way, and move data between your CRM, QuickBooks and photo app so nobody types it twice. An agent is software that does one of those jobs with an AI model and your company's own information.

The five jobs, one at a time

01 QuotingLive at Brava Roof Tile

Can AI write a roof quote?

Yes. Type in a street address and the quoting agent pulls the takeoffs, applies your price for each product line and produces the finished quote in seconds.

It gets the measurements through the Hover or EagleView APIs, or reads them out of a PDF report. The prices are yours, set per product line. Brava Roof Tile quotes this way today, and so do its dealers and installers.

Can AI answer questions the way my team would?

Yes, when it learns from your own calls. We train an assistant on your recorded customer calls, so anyone on your team can ask it how to answer a customer and get your company's answer.

Brava's assistant, Ask Brava, is built from all of Brava's customer call recordings. The team uses it to learn Brava's products and to check how to answer a customer. It also writes FAQ lists from the questions customers ask on those calls.

03 Follow-upWhat we build

Can AI follow up on my leads?

Yes. A follow-up agent replies to every new lead as soon as it comes in, at any hour, asks your qualifying questions and books the inspection. Then it keeps after quotes that went quiet.

It asks what you would ask: the address, what's wrong with the roof, insurance or cash, and how soon. The answers land in your CRM. When a homeowner wants a person, or asks something the agent shouldn't answer, it hands the conversation to someone on your team with the history attached.

Homeowners are open to it. In a Housecall Pro survey of 1,040 U.S. homeowners in October 2025, 53% said they were comfortable with AI handling the first contact. That is just over half, which is why the hand-off to a person is built in from day one.

04 TrainingBeing built for Brava now

Can AI train new crew members and staff?

It can teach them your way of doing things. A training agent learns from your own calls, documents and job records, and a new hire asks it questions instead of interrupting your best people.

We are building a crew and staff training system for Brava Roof Tile now. It is the third system for them, after the quoting tool and the assistant.

05 Back officeIntegration live at Volpe

Can AI stop the double data entry?

Yes. A back-office agent moves information between your CRM, QuickBooks, your photo app and your measurement reports, so a job entered once shows up everywhere it needs to.

Some of this is plain integration and needs no AI at all. AI earns its place where the information is messy: a measurement PDF, a supplier invoice, notes typed on a phone. Volpe Enterprises, family-run in North Wales, PA since 1970, runs the integration side today. Their tools talk to each other, and staff no longer copy data from one system into another.

Why yours, and not a rented one

Why does it matter what the AI knows?

An AI agent is only as good as what it knows. An AI add-on that ships with a rented tool is built for every company that buys that tool, so it answers the way any roofer might. An agent built on your calls, prices, products and job history answers the way your company does.

A rented AI add-on knows

  • What the internet says about roofing
  • The data inside the one tool it ships with
  • Not your recorded calls, or how your team talks to customers

It writes a reasonable answer for a roofer. Not for you.

Your own agent knows

  • Every recorded customer call you give it
  • Your price for each product line
  • Your products, your rules and your job history
  • The CRM, accounting and photo tools you already run

It answers with your prices and in your company's words.

What it needs from you

  • Your recorded customer calls, if you have them
  • Your price list, by product line
  • Access to the tools you run today: CRM, QuickBooks, photo app, measurement reports
  • One person on your team who checks the agent's first answers before customers see them

What stays yours

The code, the hosting, the accounts and the data. If we stopped tomorrow, your agents would keep running, and anyone you hire can work on them.

No licence and no per-seat fees. After it's built you pay for hosting and AI usage. Why owning it beats renting it

Getting started

How does a roofing company start with AI?

With one agent, picked for the job that eats the most of your week. A 20-minute call to choose it, a first working version in weeks, then more agents as each one pays off.

  1. A 20-minute call

You tell us where the hours go: quotes, follow-up, questions, retyping. We name the first agent we'd build and what it would need.

  2. One agent, in weeks

A first working version in weeks, not months. It runs on your data, in your accounts, and someone on your team checks its first answers.

  3. Grow from there

Most clients keep working with us after the first agent, adding the next one as each pays off. That part is your choice.

Questions

What owners ask about AI agents

What can AI do for a roofing company?

Five jobs today. It can quote a roof from a street address, answer your team's questions from your own recorded calls, follow up and qualify every new lead, train new staff your way, and move data between your CRM, QuickBooks and photo app so nobody types it twice. Each job is one agent, built on your prices, products and calls.

Does an AI agent replace my office staff?

It takes the retyping and the repeat questions off them. We build it so a person approves quotes before they go out, and so a question it can't answer goes to someone on your team.

What does an AI agent cost?

Most first systems start around $3,000, when you already have the tools and the work is connecting them. A full system built from scratch costs more. You get a real number on the call. After it's built, you pay for hosting and AI usage, never per seat.

How long until the first agent is working?

A first working version in weeks, not months. Most clients keep working with us after that, adding agents as they pay off. That part is your choice.

Who owns the agent and the data?

You do. The code, the hosting, the accounts and the data are yours. If we stopped tomorrow, the agents would keep running, and anyone you hire can work on them. No licence, no per-seat fees.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. We build the agents around what you already run: AccuLynx, JobNimbus, CompanyCam, QuickBooks, Monday or a spreadsheet. Your team keeps the tools they know.
