Do ABC Supply, SRS and QXO use your negotiated pricing?

Both big roofing platforms connect to the same three suppliers, and the connection does something the rest of the marketplace mostly does not: it puts your own negotiated pricing inside the estimate.

Three price tags labelled ABC Supply, SRS Distribution and QXO, each carrying a gold account price panel. Below them, under the heading still your rules, three black blocks for waste, substitutions and margin.

Yes, when the supplier account is connected correctly. ABC Supply, SRS and QXO integrations bring your company's account pricing into AccuLynx or JobNimbus, so the estimate is built from what you pay rather than from list price. They do not decide waste, substitutions or margin. Supplier integrations are the quiet ones. Nobody demos them and they are not on the front of any sales page, and they do something most of the marketplace does not: they end with a real number in your estimate.

What does a supplier integration do?

AccuLynx describes real-time access to ABC Supply's and SRS Distribution's product catalogs with your company's pricing in AccuLynx. Its QXO entry adds real-time product availability by branch, QXO account pricing, ordering to a preferred branch, and order status tracking.

JobNimbus describes the same three: ABC Supply and SRS Roof Hub for live pricing and delivery updates, and QXO for ordering materials directly from local branches with exact pricing.

Strip the marketing from both and the mechanism is identical. The supplier's catalog, priced at what you actually pay, available where you build the estimate, with an ordering path back to a branch.

Why is live supplier pricing worth more than it sounds?

Because the alternative is a spreadsheet, and spreadsheets go stale silently.

Most roofing companies without a supplier connection price from a materials list that somebody built once and updates when they remember or when something goes obviously wrong. Between those updates the estimate is wrong, and nobody can tell by how much, because the error lives in the gap between what the list says and what the branch charges this week.

That gap does not announce itself. It shows up later as a job that made less than it should have, and the post-mortem concludes that the crew was slow or the weather was bad, because nobody thinks to check whether the bundle price on the estimate was six months old.

A live catalog closes that specific hole. The estimate is built from what the material costs today, at your rates, at your branch. We wrote about the wider version of this problem in roofing material prices moved again, and where it shows up as a job costing discrepancy in roofing job costing in QuickBooks.

Is Beacon the same supplier as QXO?

Beacon Building Products was acquired by QXO in April 2025 and rebranded immediately, with its domain moving from becn.com to qxo.com.

AccuLynx, ServiceTitan and Hover all show the current name. Some JobNimbus and SumoQuote documentation still says Beacon PRO+ in places. So one supplier can appear under two different names across one company's stack, which makes two integration lists look different when they are not.

It is a small thing. It is also exactly the kind of small thing that makes somebody conclude their new platform dropped a supplier it never dropped.

What does a supplier connection not calculate?

Everything that turns a materials list into a price.

Waste. The catalog knows what a bundle costs. It does not know that your crews consistently use more on cut-up hips than the calculator predicts.

Substitutions. What you fit when the specified product is out at your branch, and whether that changes the price you quoted.

Your margin rules. What you add, by job type, by whether it is insurance or retail, by who the customer is.

Which list applies. A storm job priced against a carrier's schedule is a different calculation from a retail replacement, and the supplier catalog is the same in both.

The question The supplier connection answers Somebody in your office answers
What does this material cost Yes, at your rates, today No
Is it in stock near the job Yes, by branch on some connections No
How much do we need No Waste factor, layers, complexity
What do we substitute if it is out No Yes, and it changes the price
What do we charge for it No Margin, job type, carrier
Did this job actually make money No Only if the costs got recorded against it

The left column is a solved problem you can buy. The right column is your business, and it is the half that decides whether a job is profitable.

So is it worth choosing a platform on?

Rarely, because both major platforms carry all three big suppliers. The supplier row does not separate them.

What separates them is what happens at the edges: how the accounting connection behaves, which we went through in two-way sync: what it actually means, and what you can do when the thing you need is not on the list, which is in which roofing tools publish an API you can build against.

If you buy overwhelmingly from one supplier, check that supplier's connection specifically and confirm during setup that your account is linked so the catalog carries your pricing rather than list. A catalog priced at list is worse than no catalog, because it looks authoritative.

Beyond that, treat the supplier row as table stakes and spend your evaluation time on the rows where the platforms actually differ.

Frequently asked questions

Which suppliers integrate with roofing CRMs?

ABC Supply, SRS Distribution and QXO all appear on both the AccuLynx and JobNimbus integration lists. AccuLynx describes real-time access to each supplier's catalog with your company's pricing. JobNimbus describes live pricing, direct ordering and delivery updates.

What does a supplier integration actually do?

It puts the supplier's product catalog, priced at your company's negotiated rates, inside the estimating tool. That means the estimate is built from current real prices rather than from a spreadsheet somebody updates when they remember, and material orders can go to a branch without being retyped.

Why is Beacon now called QXO?

Beacon Building Products was acquired by QXO in April 2025 and rebranded immediately, with becn.com moving to qxo.com. Some roofing platforms still refer to Beacon PRO+ in documentation, so the same supplier appears under two names depending on which tool you are in.

Does the supplier connection include my negotiated pricing?

That is what the vendors describe. AccuLynx's wording for ABC Supply and SRS is real-time access to the catalog with your company's pricing. Confirm during setup that your account is linked correctly, because a catalog priced at list is worse than no catalog at all.

What does a supplier integration not solve?

Waste factors, how your crews actually consume material, which products you substitute, and what you charge on top. Current prices make the inputs right. They do not make the estimate right.

Should I pick a CRM based on which supplier it connects to?

Only if you buy overwhelmingly from one supplier. Both major platforms carry all three of the big names, so the supplier row rarely separates them. The rows that do separate them are accounting behaviour and what happens when you need something that is not on the list.
